Her designs can be found in a variety of knitting magazines and through her business, Knitability, LLC. Education is probably the most important component of the Knitability business plan as all efforts focus on the company motto of "Taking Knitters to the Next Level". Whether teaching at a local yarn shop or at a national knitting convention, meeting new people and sharing the love of knitting is one of her greatest joys.

Beth Brown-Reinsel has been teaching knitting workshops nationally, as well as internationally, for over 20 years. Her book Knitting Ganseys has been deemed a classic. She completed her first DVD Knitting Ganseys with Beth Brown-Reinsel in 2010 and her second on color-stranding techniques is scheduled for release in 2012. Her articles and designs have appeared in Threads, Cast On, Interweave Knits, Shuttle, Spindle, and Dye Pot, Vogue Knitting, Knitting Traditions, and Knitters magazines. Joan A. Davis is a certified crochet instructor with the Craft Yarn Council of America and Crochet Design of England—Part 1. She has been crocheting professionally since 1987. Founding member of the Crochet Guild of America and taught classes at the First CGOA Annual Conference in Chicago, IL at DePauw University. In 2002, Joan was the Chairperson of the Tropical Crochet Guild of the Palm Beaches and spearheaded the Chapter’s hosting of the national CGOA Conference in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Joan has traveled extensively teaching crochet techniques for The Knit and Crochet Shows produced by Offinger Management, which produces the CGOA conferences. She teaches crochet classes for the Palm Beach County School District’s Adult Ed.

A Needle Arts Teacher and Designer for more than twenty-five years, Darla J. Fanton is intrigued by specialty crochet techniques. She derives great joy in giving these nearly lost arts new life for today’s fiber fanatics to experience. Her credits include magazine articles as well as leaflets by publishers such as ASN, Leisure Arts, and Jeanette Crews. Darla was honored to be included in Crochet Master Class, published in 2010. CHARLES GANDY, a TKGA Master Knitter, learned to knit at the young age of four from his mother, a designer and shop owner. He designed his first sweater three years later and continues to create today. A two-time winner in the recent Knitter's Magazine "Think Outside the Sox" contest, three of his designs are featured in the new book of the same name: "Dread Sox", "Snake in the Grass" and "Pedicure Polka Socks". His own book, The Embellished Sock: Knitted Art for the Foot" features eighteen creative sock patterns and numerous techniques and is available in yarn shops nationwide.

Khmeleva, owner of Skaska Designs and author of Gossamer Webs, The History & Techniques of Orenburg Lace Shawls and Gossamer Webs, The Design Collection, has earned the repu-tation as one of the most respected and knowledgable lace knitting instructors in the country. As a former clothing and costume designer who worked with the 'aristocracy' of St. Petersburg's music and theater society, Galina was a pioneer in breaking down barriers in the 'new' Russia that allowed Russian women the opportunity to achieve ownership status in private companies. Marty has been crocheting since she was 5 years old. She learned from her grandmother, who never used written patterns, so from an early age, Marty began to design and write her own patterns. She enjoys sharing her enthusiasm for crochet by teaching others in her classes in Greensboro, NC, and at the CGOA conferences. Gayle Roehm is a former management consultant who now devotes herself to knitting. She teaches nationally for knitting events, guilds and yarn shops. Her designs have been featured in Knitter’s, Interweave Knits, A Gathering of Lace, and other publications. She also sells her work at a fiber arts gallery. Gayle has traveled throughout the world, lived in Japan, speaks Japanese and has knitted with Japanese designs for many years. She published an article about Japanese patterns in Knitter’s magazine in 1997, she prepared the Japanese section for the book Knitting Languages, and she has translated patterns for Sunrise Fibers.
