We select seasoned teachers and classes to meet the "yearning to learn" in scrapbookers, rubber stampers, card makers, journaling enthusiasts and anyone interested in photos and scrapbooking. Experienced at scrapbook creation? We have classes for YOU. Skilled but not quite an expert? Our intermediate level classes fit the bill. Just getting started? Have no fear ... we cater to beginning scrapbookers, too. Read the class list and select classes that meet your individual needs. From altered art to alcohol inks, from acrylic stamps to mini albums, we're bound to have a class that's right for you. Then, reserve your seat and plan to have a great time at Memories Scrapbooking Expo™. BASIC CLASS KIT: This year several instructors have asked students to bring a Basic Class Kit (in addition to specific supplies required for the class/project). A Basic Class Kit includes the usual supplies that YOU use in your everyday scrapbooking and paper crafting. Items you may want to include: Adhesives (your favorites), scissors, paper trimmer, pens & markers, your favorite stamps and stamp pads, a small variety of papers and card stock. We'll see you there! Each student receives his/her own supply of molding putty to use during the class ($19.99 value), a sample mold for casting, and enough casting resin to make the sample embellishment. There will be several items supplied for molding, if you don't have anything of your own. The molds you will make are food safe and oven safe up to 395 degrees. As well as using casting resins, you can mold clay, soap, butter, chocolate, lollipops, crayons and paper clay. |
